Enkianthus perulatus

A real showpiece, that is the best way to describe the Enkianthus perulatus (with bell shaped flower). Experience every season with this beautiful shrub, most specimens of which were imported from Japan.

In spring, the white bell-shaped flowers appear almost simultaneously with the fresh green leaves. If the trunks are visible, they often have a beautiful structure with light brown to greyish bark.

An old, unique specimen of Enkianthus perulatus stands out beautifully in this natural stone pot.

Once the leaves have fallen, another magnificent feature appears. In winter, the young twigs and buds turn brown-orange to brown-red. Especially in pruning forms with very compact branch structure, this can be exceptionally beautiful.
